Does Dasig have a CRM for nonprofits?

Yes. Dasig includes a built-in Unified CRM — every donor and volunteer who participates in a campaign is automatically added as a contact, with their full activity history. No CSV imports required. Bayanihan includes up to 500 contacts at no subscription cost. Optional High Activity access includes up to 10,000 contacts and advanced automation.

Can I send email campaigns through Dasig?

Yes. Dasig's Marketing Platform lets registered organizations send email campaigns, build automated follow-up workflows, and segment supporters by donation history or volunteer activity — without a third-party tool. Bayanihan includes 2,000 email sends per month from day one; optional High Activity access includes 20,000 sends and advanced lifecycle automation.

What is a Stakeholder Portal on Dasig?

Every donor, volunteer, and supporter on Dasig gets a personal public profile page called a Stakeholder Portal. It shows their verified donations, volunteer hours, and impact certificates across all campaigns they've participated in. Stakeholder Portals are available on all plans, including the free tier.

How much does Dasig cost?

Dasig is ₱0 to start under Bayanihan, with campaigns, events, CRM, email, volunteer tools, and certificates included from day one. A 2.5% Civic Sustainability Contribution applies to donations, and paid event tickets carry a 5% platform fee; free events have no platform fee. Optional High Activity access is ₱1,999/month and removes the event platform fee while raising CRM and email limits. Payment processing fees from Xendit are separate. Enterprise and LGU infrastructure is custom priced.

How do I donate to campaigns in the Philippines?

Visit dasig.org/campaigns to browse verified fundraising campaigns. Choose a campaign, then donate via GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or credit/debit card. You can track exactly how your donation is used through real-time updates from organizers.

Can I volunteer for disaster relief through Dasig?

Yes. Browse campaigns on Dasig to find volunteer opportunities near you. Sign up for specific roles like relief distribution, medical aid, or logistics. Your volunteer hours are tracked and verified by organizers, and appear on your personal Stakeholder Portal.

What disasters can I fundraise for on Dasig?

Dasig supports fundraising for typhoons, floods, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, fires, and other calamities in the Philippines. You can also create campaigns for medical emergencies, education funds, community development projects, and ongoing civic programs.
